They were ready to fix my heater the minute I called and were willing to work with me on when I was available! They made sure I was home and made sure I was happy the entire time they were taking care of my stuff. I loved that my tech also talked me through what he was doing and explained my warranty to me as well. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything Earl’s did for my family to ensure we had a working heater again!”
