Your repair man arrived quickly because of a cancellation, he came prepared with a replacement part in hand, did EXCELLENT work and SERVICE for us. David and I were highly impressed with his skills, professionalism, and customer service. "He called saying he would be a little late, as he witnessed a bad wreck right in front of him. He stayed, waiting until the Police and Ambulances arrived, helping calm the victims. He is the nicest gentlemen ! He was so kind and professional and friendly as he repaired my "running" toilet. He was late, yet not due his own fault......(But the car wrecks that happened in front of him on route to my house.) He DID call to notify me of the incident AND HIS DELAY. After his arrival, he did have to leave to pick up a part. I was surprised at the short time it took him to pick up the part and return. He installed the new part to replace the old "kit." "I called for an appointment to do this work. The person answering the call was very nice and set me up for the day following my call to do the work. The plumber called about 20 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on the way. After listening while I told them what I wanted done, the plumber asked several questions to be sure about the drain hook up, examined the pipes under the sink, then gave me an estimate. I agreed and they started immediately. He did the work, tested everything twice for leaks, then cleanup up everything thoroughly. The entire job took about 30 minutes.
