Earl's Home Warranty Plan

Before you purchase this plan, please review all coverages and become familiar with this plan.

A. This plan has limits. Many repairs will cost more than these limits. This plan is designed to help cover the cost of unexpected home repairs on covered systems and appliances. This plan will NOT COVER all the costs of repairs on covered systems and appliances.

B. This plan requires all covered systems, appliances, and items to be in proper working order BEFORE coverage takes place.

C. Prior to coverage taking place Earl’s will perform a covered item home inspection, at no cost to you, to ensure all covered items are working properly. (Real Estate transactions will not require pre-inspection).

D. Customer responsible for $99 fee PER COVERED ITEM.
